Doing any home electro repairs requires not so much skills but needs concentration and following some basic energoproekt rules.
It is important to be aware of your local regulations regarding electrical repairs.
In many towns, there are limitations on the work an unlicensed person may do… even the owner of the home. There are also distinctions made between what an unlicensed homeowner can do and what an unlicensed tradesman can do.
There are also distinctions made within kinds of electrical work. Appliance setting-up, for example, is often not thought to be banned electrical work if the conventional wiring and connection was made by a authorised master.
